Project: Workforce Development Office Remodel

This project involved the interior remodeling of the former Southern Power District Corporate Offices and Warehouse. The City of Grand Island purchased the building in 1999. A number of tenants were proposed to occupy this building. The Nebraska Department of Labor became the primary tenant as the first Workforce Development Office location in Nebraska. It is a new 14,321 square foot interior & exterior remodel for 19 different office partners in the public employment services sector. This project is in Grand Island, Nebraska and was completed in 2001.
