This project involved the design of a new Dental Clinic for Dental Heath Care. This project featured a 4,665 sq. ft. first floor including nine dental treatment rooms, three doctors’ offices, x-ray room, dental lab and reception/waiting area. The second floor provides 1,368 sq. ft of additional office space and records storage. Also included is a 4,553 sq. ft basement with a laundry room, additional storage and unfinished area for future expansion as tenant spaces. This project was designed providing ADA accessible restrooms and various accessibility features throughout the building and was completed in 2004.
